What We Do

Once you call, we will make a visit to your home or office. During this visit, it's a good time to listen to your ideas. Tell us what are your likes and dislikes, colors that you enjoy and colors to avoid. We can get a general idea of what direction to take your project.

After that meeting, if we will work together on your project, we will inform you of our hourly rate. When you give a retainer for a block of hours, much of our discount is passed on to you from the stores and vendors we use. Often this results in actually saving more on your purchases and making back our design fee in discounts.

For smaller projects, or on a piece by piece basis, we can help you find furniture, art, accessories, etc. We have a network of hundreds of suppliers. We can even do custom furniture, rugs, window coverings and bedding, just to name a few.

At 44 Park Design, being Green isn't just a fad or a bandwagon to jump on. We have good relationships with lighting companies, furniture manufacturers as well as building material suppliers who create energy efficient and earth friendly products.

We have all the resources to build a green home from the ground up, then fill it with environmentally sound furniture, lighting and accessories!
