You're not seeing double! The bold
styling and pattern on these Alice In
Wonderland Chairs from 5th Avenue
Design caught the eye of the client
on the left after seeing a picture on
our website! With the bold choice of
colors for the walls and ceiling they
make the perfect addition. Not
everyone can be this bold but this
client loves the new dining area in
their Governor's Park Condo.
The challenge: Tame the brutal
sun beating in to this glass walled
Penthouse while preserving the
Million Dollar View.
Mission Accomplished with see
through remote controlled
shades. The client reports the air
conditioning bill was dramatically
reduced.
Of note here is the
cocktail table. The
upholstered wedges
beneath serve two
purposes. They open for
storage and they provide
extra seating when
company arrives. Also
note the rugs here and in
the dining picture above.
They were bound with the
same style border to tie
the two areas together.
You will also notice the
wine refrigerators in the
background. They are
part of an entire wine bar
and shelving unit which
was custom made for this
project.
Here is a small sample of work we've done. Check back often for updates and new pictures.

Our Portfolio Page
With this project, the goal was mixing traditional
with more contemporary elements. The curved
back chairs were a family heirloom redone in a
black tone on tone pattern to pick up the design in
the dining chairs. Note: these photos were not
professionally done, some are from happy clients
which were emailed to us and some are from
happy clients who invited us in to take pictures.
