The Robinson Brick Mansion
This beautiful home was built in 1930 by the Robinson
family, of Robinson Brick fame.  We worked with our
client for over a year during the extensive renovation in
1999-2000. We helped facilitate all aspects of the project.
Pictured here is the entry
hall. Notice the realistic
faux painting, done to
resemble draped fabric.
Our faux paint artists,
drapery and upholstery
experts, painters, tile
laying pros, electricians
and other sub contractors
have been with us for
years because of their
excellent work and
dedication to our client's
satisfaction.

We value these
relationships and the hard
working professionals
who partner with 44 Park
Design to make your
home a one of a kind
masterpiece!
These photos, from the party room in the lower level showcase the
homeowners whimsical side. That is an authentic 1960 vehicle
restored and placed on the wall. We helped source a number of
authentic collectors items from the 50's and 60's.
When the client decided she wanted a pool, extended lower patio and
custom water feature, we assisted with the design and acted as liaison
between the contractors and the client, saving them time and headaches.
