We're in the final stages of completing this penthouse loft project in Downtown Denver. Check out the amazing views...inside and out!

We enlarged the kitchen and enhanced it with the beautiful glass tile, granite and custom mosaic pendants.

The display case doubles as a bar with refrigerated drawers. The goal of this project was to take the starkness of the loft and soften it with more traditional and transitional colors and furnishings. The result is warm and inviting alongside soft contemporary. Truly a comfortable space.

You wouldn't know from seeing this picture, but there are actually shades in place which reduce the UV damage and glare without compromising the million dollar view. Yes, they're motorized with remote control. A valance will be added to finish off the look

The  dramatic powder room has amazing lighting from Hubbardton Forge and a beautiful wall treatment made from custom colored art paper

The master bath was enlarged and the steam shower added with beautiful tile work from our artisan tile contractor.

A custom fireplace was added to the Living/Dining area, further enhancing the warmth and comfort of the space. More beautiful stone tile work from our master tile contractor.
